Claims, returns & refunds guidelines
At XTETIC, we’re committed to providing clear and concise guidelines for claims, refunds, and exchanges, outlining when and how you’re eligible for reimbursement or replacement services. Our process and terms are designed to ensure transparency and a seamless experience when submitting a claim with us. Policy:
- Products must be returned within 30 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE. After the 30 days have passed, if there is a request to return products, the case will be analyzed without guarantee of acceptance.
- Broken/Damaged Products: If products are damaged during shipping, XTETIC will exchange the item. Please keep the product in its original packaging and report the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery.

- Returns: If you wish to return fewer than 6 products charged at a wholesale price, for reasons other than shipping damage, quality defect, wrong product sent, or unusual reaction, you will be charged the retail price.
- Fees: A 25% restocking fee may apply to exchanges and returns. XTETIC is not responsible for payment or reimbursement of shipping charges.
- Product exceptions: Compounded products are neither exchangeable, returnable, nor refundable.
- Reimbursement: Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process the credit to the client’s account. Refunds will be made directly to the payment method or issued as a gift card. Any product refunds will only include the cost of the item and not shipping costs incurred. Gift cards will expire 90 days from the date of issue.
- Shipping Damages: If the product is received damaged due to shipping mishandling, it should be kept in its original packaging.
- Refunds: Please note that certain exclusions apply to our claims guidelines, including items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the website at the time of purchase, and products that have been used past their expiration dates.
