Pre-Summer Refinement: Synchronizing Smoothness, Firmness, and Definition

Pre-Summer Refinement: Synchronizing Smoothness, Firmness, and Definition

Reading Time: ~4-5 minutes

Body refinement results from synchronized epidermal, dermal, and adipose processes that optimize tissue expression.

Refinement Is Not Correction—It Is Synchronization

At this stage, the objective is to optimize how tissue expresses itself. Smoothness, firmness, and definition result from synchronized epidermal renewal, dermal cohesion, and regulation of adipose and inflammatory activity.

What Prevents the Skin from Looking Refined

Residual localized fat, incomplete dermal cohesion, and surface irregularities can limit final skin quality expression. These do not require correction, but coordination.

A Regenerative Perspective: Integrating Multiple Tissue Layers

Refinement depends on alignment across layers: epidermal renewal, dermal support, adipose regulation, and coordinated cellular behavior.

Clinical Protocol — Juan Camilo Calderón, MD

Protocol developed and validated by the XTETIC Medical Director.

Steps 1–3 (same session):

Step 1 — EXFO MCA 35%
According to laboratory indications

Step 2 — Face NADE
Deep into adipose tissue, point by point, 0.2cc at 1–2 cm spacing

Step 3 — Firming
Superficial papule, point by point, across the entire treatment area, every 0.5–1 cm

Step 4 — Inno-Exoma + Restructurer

→ Can be performed: in the same session, OR in a second session after 10 days

Application: Point by point superficial papule, nappage, or microneedling in the treated area

Frequency: 1 session per month × 4 sessions

Homecare: Dark Spot Eraser (Use at night, after the post-peel repair phase)

This supports hydration restoration, structural improvement, and normalized skin quality.

Closing Insight

Refinement is achieved by synchronizing tissue processes. When aligned, smoothness, firmness, and definition emerge as expressions of optimized tissue behavior.
