SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Free ground shipping available on orders of $500 and more.
Orders are sent from Monday to Friday. We will do our best to process all orders the same day if we receive them before 1pm PST.
We are subject to the policies, time delivery and promises and post-covid of the available carriers.
XTETIC EXCHANGE POLICY
XTETIC takes pride in distributing high quality medical grade cosmetic products and provides the highest level of customer service. Our products are exclusively sold through professional facilities to ensure patients (end users) follow the necessary protocols of each product in order for the treatments to be e ective.
Guarantees. All XTETIC products are for cosmetic use only; results may vary and can not be guaranteed.
Order Accuracy. At XTETIC, we carefully inspect your order before shipment. Please inspect your order upon delivery to verify accuracy and condition. Any inaccuracies in products shipped or condition received shall require XTETIC to be noti ed within 7 days from delivery date. XTETIC reserves the right to require images and shipping documentation, if deemed necessary.
Exchanges. In the case of an exchange, the unused portion may be returned to us if the following criteria has been met and accepted by XTETIC;
1. The product is returned within 30 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE
2. The product contains at least 50% of the original contents
3. The product is in its original packaging.
Restocking Fees. Please note a 25% restocking fee may be applicable on exchanges and returns, if the product is returned with less than 50% of the products original contents. XTETIC is not responsible for payment or reimbursement of shipping charges.
Compounded Product. Compounded products are neither exchangeable, returnable, nor refundable.
Credit. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process the credit to your account. All credit memos will expire after 90 days from the date of issue.
Shipping Damages. If product is received damaged due to shipping mishandling, please keep product in its original packaging for inspection purposes.

In order for exchanges and credits to be applied, the product must contain at least 50% of the original contents and should be in its original packaging. XTETIC does not reimburse for ship- ping and handling. A 25% restocking fee may be applicable on exchanges and returns. Compound Products are neither exchangeable nor returnable

Please allow 10 to 15 business days to process the credit to your account.
